Corpse Pose:

  • How to follow: Extend the legs in front of you and open them to the sides. Close your eyes and place your arms in your body, palms should be facing up. Relax your jaw and keep your teeth slightly parted. You can also place one hand on your belly and the other one in your heart. Relax your body, stay for a while.
  • Benefit out of this: This pose in yoga helps relieve the body from any tension and refreshes your mind and body.

Child’s Pose:

  • How to follow: Open your knees to the side and lower your head to the floor. Place your hands on your feet and palms up. Your neck and shoulders should meet the ground. And hold this position for 5 minutes and breathe nicely.
  • Benefit out of this: This pose will release tension in the shoulders and helps relieve mental fatigue. This encourages feelings of protection and this pose will make us feel safe as we felt in our mother’s womb.
