10 TIPS FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS

Regular exercise and being called; “Fit” guarantees a very positive effect on your health and well-being, while giving you a huge dose of energy for the development of, among others, a stronger immune system.

The advantages of being in good shape are endless, it’s important to always be in shape …

Getting in shape and keeping it in shape is neither easy nor simple. The flood of information coming from all sides may confuse our heads. So let’s try to reset and listen to the simplest tips that will allow us to get the maximum benefit from training sessions.

1. Exercise your cardio

20 minutes of cardio, 3 times a week, will significantly improve your physical condition, keep you healthy, and control your weight. Exercising at a moderate intensity (60-90% of your maximum heart rate) gives the best results.

2. Lift weights

Strength training will not only strengthen your muscles but also your bones and ligaments. Regular strength training can improve your posture, muscle tone, and help you lose weight by speeding up your metabolism.

3. Stretch yourself

Regular stretching will keep your muscles from shortening with age and can reduce the likelihood of back pain caused by a sedentary lifestyle.

4. Develop your torso

A strong torso (abdominal muscles and lower back) will make all the housework easier and will also protect your lower back from chronic pain.

5. Do what you like

Choose a physical activity that you really like and that you are looking forward to. Don’t like the gym to do strength training? Try to train at home using bodyweight exercises. You are much more likely to stick to a plan you like than one you don’t enjoy.

6. Wear special shoes for the appropriate activities

Wearing the wrong footwear (such as hard-soled running shoes) can increase the likelihood of an injury. The right shoes can significantly improve the comfort of your exercise and therefore increase your overall training satisfaction.

7. Drink plenty of water

When we exercise, our bodies release a large amount of sweat to cool down. It is very important to replenish lost water supplies. Aim to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day, plus an extra amount during training.

8. Eat plenty of unprocessed fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins, minerals, and fibber, so they are all essential for staying healthy. Reducing the amount of processed, artificially sweetened food and replacing it with natural and raw food forms is key to achieving the benefits of exercise.

9. Exercise with friends and family

Offer your friends and family joint training! Group exercises, especially with close people, are not only very enjoyable and much more interesting, but also increase your motivation. Instead of watching Netflix, kissanime , and Amazon prime or playing video games on PS5, you should do some physical activities on weekends even with your friends and family.

10. Set yourself goals

Training without a specific goal can make you lose your motivation, so better try to set a goal so you can stay focused on that goal and your training. Remember that the best goals are personal and limited in time to help you focus even more on achieving them.
