INTRODUCTION OF EMDR AND ITS ROLE IN MEDICINE

BACKGROUND:

A tangible research institute has shown that negative life experiences contribute to psychological and physical development. Immobilization and Resuscitation Therapy (EMDR) is an officially recognized treatment for injuries that includes negative life experiences commonly included in medical education. Without homework or detailed description of the disability event, effective treatment results can be obtained quickly, thereby providing effective treatment options with many requirements for the health industry.

INTRODUCTION:

Eye movement and recovery (EMDR)1 is an effective method of mental rehabilitation. Medical staff can use this method to treat psychological problems and other adverse life experiences. His ability to quickly heal the primitive memories of these negative experiences has had a major impact on the health world, as they seem to be the source of many types of health symptoms. Patient applications of EMDR include various psychological problems affecting patients and family members, as well as abnormal physical stress and unexplainable medical symptoms. The repetitive ability of EMDR to make significant progress in a short period of time is related to major challenges in current medical services, such as patient weight gain and increased healthcare costs. Qualified medical staff can use treatment procedures to improve comfort and performance management in some of the most complex situations in daily activities.

The EMDR treatment was developed in 1989 when a randomized controlled trial (RCT) 2 was published to evaluate its impact on trauma victims. In the same year, the first batch of RCTs for behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy were released. 3.4 In 2008, the Report Institute of Medicine 5 stated that more research is needed to determine the effectiveness of EMDR, cognitive therapy and drug therapy. In the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Due to lack of relevant data, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy were not considered (one per study). However, since then, RCT has been publicly used for other RCT treatments for PTSD participants, and many organizations, including the European Union, recommend this treatment as an effective treatment for trauma victims. American Psychology, 6th Department of Defense, page 7 and World Health Organization. 8 Although the comparable effect measurement method of reference analysis is considered to be “extremely effective in reducing the symptoms of PTSD in the treatment of CBT and EMDR9,10.”,

“There is 10p225 according to the World Health Organization’s 2013 Stress Management Guidelines 8,” It is recommended that both therapies be recommended for the treatment of PTSD in children, adolescents and adults. “Like CBT with traumatic stress, EMDR treatment aims to reduce personal stress and enhance cognitive knowledge and attention to traumatic events. The CBT of strength is different. EMDR does not include a) a detailed description of the event, b) a direct challenge to faith, c) extensive contact or d) homework 8p1

29 RCTs evaluated the ability of EMDR to treat wound healing. Except for the 4 RCTs stipulated in the “International Pressure Therapy Practice Guidelines” 11 that cannot provide adequate treatment, honesty or both, the remaining 25 studies have established a solid knowledge base. 24 RCTs support the use of EMDR therapy to treat a wide range of injuries (please refer to the analysis of the above issues in the General List of Research and Evaluation).

7 out of 10 RCTs showed that EMDR treatment was faster or better than CBT, 12-19, and only 1 reported higher CBT efficacy in some aspects. 20 The latter is also the only RCT reporting EMDR status control (the only one of 25). Although EMDR treatment only includes 8 routine treatments and unemployment, CBT treatment is more complicated, receiving 4 hypothetical exposures (injury description) and 4 temporary exposures from the therapist (of course the difficult part) plus approximately 50 hours The combined vision treatment acuity and work in the body.

The treatment status of EMDR only includes 8 regular meetings and homework. (emdr therapy) A special reminder about general medical care is a study by Kaiser Permanente 21, 22, which reported that 100% of high-risk patients and 77% of high-risk patients had no PTSD for an average of six minutes after receiving 50 minutes of EMDR treatment. The meeting showed a wide range of important treatment methods (Cohenδ = 1.74) related to the measurement of postoperative effects.

METHOD:

All randomized studies and important clinical reports related to EMDR treatment have been reviewed to provide key experience in the treatment of psychological and psychiatric diseases. A review of recent studies evaluating eye movement components was also reviewed, which aimed to promote rapid growth attributed to EMDR treatment.

RESULT:

Twenty-four randomized controlled trials support the positive effects of EMDR therapy in the treatment of trauma and other life experiences related to medical practice. Seven out of 10 studies reported that EMDR treatment was faster and/or more effective than cognitive behavioral treatment. Twelve random studies in the field of eye movement showed that negative emotions and/or vision declined rapidly, and there were 8 reports on other types of memory phenomena. Many other evaluations have shown that EMDR treatment can alleviate various physical discomforts.

EMDR processing provides doctors and other health centers with actual and psychological symptoms in the form of diaries, which deal with the physical and life experiences of the bad guys. Then, the physician should evaluate the patient as an experienced participant to introduce the treatment plan.
